Use of Teko constitutes acceptance of these terms. If the user does not agree with them, the application should not be used. Teko is operated by Gabriel Velasco, an individual, contact tekoappsuporte@gmail.com.
Teko is an application that supports physical training and wellbeing, intended to organise, suggest and track the practice of exercise. It does not replace medical assessment or the guidance of a health or physical education professional. See Intended Use.
It is for the user to assess their fitness to exercise and to stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort. The information recorded in the application is the basis of the suggestions presented: inaccurate data produces inaccurate suggestions. Teko must not be used to instruct third parties by way of prescription.
The assistant's answers are generated by artificial intelligence, may contain errors, and are presented as suggestions subject to the user's review. The assistant does not create, change or apply training on its own initiative. See Teko Intelligence.
Teko has no account, login, password or sign-up. When the Require unlock on open option is enabled, identity confirmation is performed by the operating system, through biometrics or the device credential. Because the data is kept encrypted on the device and no copy exists on any server, there is no means of recovering it if access to the device is lost.
Access to Teko's full features depends on a subscription, in the plans and at the prices shown in the application and on the Subscription and billing page. A free trial period is offered by the store, under the store's own rules.
The data belongs to the user and remains on their device. The encrypted backup is generated by the user, protected by a password known only to them and stored at a destination of their choosing. Loss of the file or of the password entails loss of that backup, as no recovery copy exists. See Privacy Policy.
The application operates without an internet connection. Features that depend on connectivity (the assistant, Health Connect and maps) may become unavailable without prior notice. There is no guarantee of continuous availability, nor of the indefinite permanence of any given feature.
Teko is intended for personal use by adults aged 18 or over. By using the application, the user declares that they are of that age.

Access to the assistant is subject to a monthly usage limit intended to contain cost and abuse; once the limit is reached, the feature is unavailable until renewal. The limit in force, how it is counted and the conditions under which it may change are set out on the Teko Intelligence page. The remaining functionality depends on neither connectivity nor artificial intelligence and remains available.
Teko is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from use of the application, including data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation or a lost password. No provision of these terms removes the rights granted to consumers by Brazilian law.
These terms may be amended, and material changes will be communicated in the application. The user may discontinue use at any time by deleting their data and uninstalling the application. See Data deletion.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the consumer's domicile elected as the competent forum for any disputes.
