This agreement governs the use of the Teko software, licensed by Gabriel Velasco, and complements the Terms of Use.
The user is granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive licence to install and use Teko on devices they own, for personal and non-commercial purposes. The software is licensed, not sold.
The application, its brand, its texts, its educational content and the logic that builds and adjusts training belong to the licensor and remain protected under applicable law. The data recorded by the user belongs to the user, and this licence transfers no rights over that data.
Teko uses open-source libraries whose licences may be reviewed in the application under Settings › About › Licences. The assistant is served by an external artificial intelligence provider (Together AI) through an application programming interface; the application does not distribute or embed third-party models.
Updates may change, add or remove features. Earlier versions may cease to operate with external services.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use apply in full to this agreement, subject to the consumer rights granted by law.
Use of the full features depends on an active subscription, contracted and charged by the app store. Ending the subscription suspends access to those features, without revoking this licence and without deleting any data from the device. The licence remains in force for as long as the application is used and terminates automatically upon breach of these conditions. Upon termination, the application must be uninstalled; the user's data, being held on the device, is removed with it.
